The effectiveness of the trainings is evaluated through a 2-stage approach. The first stage is the immediate evaluation at the end of the trainings, the second stage is the Evaluation of Training Effectiveness, in which we evaluate the reflection of the training on work effectiveness and the behavioral changes in employees 3-6 months after the training.
