We evaluate the business results of our employees with targets set using the Balanced Scorecard approach within the scope of our Performance Management System.
Our Competency-Based Performance Evaluation approach reveals the status of the individual against the competencies needed for our employees to realize their goals. Our Competency Assessments are applied 360o for our administrative staff and 180o for our production employees. Our competencies are rated in terms of their importance according to the organization's vision, mission and strategies and status. This approach allows us to calculate the competencies of our employees in relation to the expectations of the organization and to determine which competencies need to be developed.
The results obtained from the Target and Competency Based Performance Management System constitute output for our other human resources approaches such as Wage Management, Training and Development, and Career Management.
