We realize social responsibility projects that add value to life with an understanding that sustainable development can be realized through investment in people and the conscious use of natural resources. We carry out these projects with the understanding that we are all responsible, with the awareness that a balanced connection between people and nature will contribute to leaving a more livable world to future generations.

Employee Volunteering

Social Responsibility projects gain value with the involvement of employees in the process.

We believe that the real added value to be achieved through social responsibility projects can only be realized if employees are involved wholeheartedly in this process.

With this perspective, we carry out all social responsibility projects together with Brightness Community Volunteers. In addition to having a unique volunteering song of their own, our volunteers, who have many exemplary practices, were deemed worthy of the most successful volunteering program of 2012 by ÖSGD.

Environmental Awareness

For a more livable environment

As a requirement of sustainability, which we define as one of our corporate values, we aim to carry out all our activities without harming nature, without overloading resources and without risking the needs of future generations.

  • As an organization that ensures more efficient use of energy and natural resources, takes the necessary measures to prevent waste from harming the environment, aims to create a more livable environment and increase the sensitivity of the society in this regard, we carry out all our business processes starting from the design stage of the product with environmentally friendly choices.
  • Our administration building is designed with the features of heat control and effective use of daylight with a glass building and operates in a way that meets green building design criteria with its ventilation system, water use control and green areas.
  • The low-e heat control coating on the exterior cladding glass of our building contributes to energy efficiency by making maximum use of daylight and heat.
  • Thanks to our building automation system, which provides significant advantages in energy efficiency, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems can be controlled online. In addition, thanks to the energy main lysers located at many points in our facilities, system consumption is closely monitored, and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by developing Efficiency Enhancing Projects accordingly.
  • The Solar Energy System located in our industrial facilities provides an annual energy gain of 28,800 kWh, and the energy obtained from this system is used for hot water consumption and heating the swimming pool water.
