PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL"), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly the right to privacy in private life in the processing of personal data, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by Panasonic Electric Works Elektrik ve Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("Panasonic" or the "Company") as the data controller.

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

As part of your relationship with Panasonic, your following personal data is processed;

Your Identifying Information: Name and surname.
Your Contact Information: Address information, e-mail, phone number.
Your Professional Information: Information about the workplace you work for, your title.
Other Data: Sanction information which are applied by public institutions and organizations within the scope of know your customer software.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA, COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON

The company collects, stores and processes your personal data by automatic and non-automatic means based on the legal grounds for compliance with the law listed in -Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, directly from you, from the company from which we receive service of procurement or our business partners, and from legal authorities, via the internet, telephone, e-mail, as well as physical, written, verbal and electronic channels,through the exchange of business cards during fair visits, the establishment of communication networks by the parties, transmission via solutionsolution or business partner institutions or organizations, or directly by our company's field marketing team, within the scope of the following purposes in accordance with article 5 of the PDPL.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be shared with our domestic suppliers, business partners, judicial authorities, or law enforcement officers, in accordance with the provisions of the PDPL regarding domestic and international data transfer, and for the purposes specified in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice, when required by the relevant legislation.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be stored for as long as required by the purposes of processing. In line with the Company’s legal obligations under article 5/2(ç) of the PDP Law, our Company, along with our business partners and suppliers mayretain your personal data for 3 years, unless there is a reason to keep your personal data for a longer period. In the absence of any other justification or legal reason, where no legal storage period is stipulated in any legislation, where there are no applicable international laws or regulations, and where the obligations arising from agreements have ceased, your personal data, for which the purposes of processing have been fulfilled, will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO PROTECTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

You may apply to our Company regarding your rights under Article 11 of the PDPL, as outlined below, by following the methods provided in the "Communication" section of this Privacy Notice:

To request information about the process, if the personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing of your personal data and whether it is beingused in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred , whether domestically or internationally
To request the correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data,

To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred are notified of any corrections, deletions, or destruction of personal data,

To make an objection against the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

To request compensation for damages if your personal data has been unlawfully processed.

No: 44 34887 Sancaktepe Istanbul/Türkiye using a petition prepared in accordance with the conditions specified in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Furthermore, you may send your requests to verisorumlusupanasoniclife@hs03.kep.tr e-mail address by using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the e-mail address you previously provided to our company, which has been verified by us.
