PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR VISITORS
According to the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL"), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by Panasonic Electric Works Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi ("Panasonic"), located at Abdurrahmangazi Mahallesi Ebubekir Caddesi No: 44 34887 Sancaktepe Istanbul/Türkiye, as the data controller. In our company's settlements, personal data processing activities are carried out to monitor the entry and exit of our guests, suppliers and their vehicles by using the surveillance camera.
1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Panasonic, your visual data of camera recordings is processed for the purposes of ensuring the security of the physical space within the company, keeping a door pass report, informing the law enforcement officer in case of crime or illegality, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational safety of the data subjects who have a business relationship with the company, conducting processes related to occupational health and safety, resolving legal disputes, presenting it as evidence in a possible dispute, and transferring it to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement authorities upon request in accordance with the relevant legislation within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.
2. YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
If you visit the company settlement, the following personal data may be processed.
Identifying Information: Name Surname, T.R. Identity No. or Passport No.
Data of Physical Space Security: Date and time of visitor entry and exit, camera recordings (CCTV).
Other Information: Information about the company that you come from and the person to be visited.
3. TRANSFER OF YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, your personal data is transferred to third parties in the following cases, related to the purpose, in a limited and restrained manner:

Your personal data, within the scope of the provisions of the PDPL related to the transfer of personal data for the purposes specified in the first article of this Privacy notice herein, will be shareable with official institutions and organizations in the country, courts, law enforcement agencies and related service provider companies (company that provides the security service, occupational physician, occupational safety specialist, contracted insurance institution).
4. METHODS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR LEGAL REASONS
Your personal data will be processed during the establishment of your legal relationship with Panasonic and during the continuation of such relationship; In case that you visit the company settlement it is collected, stored and processed directly from you or through our supplier that we receive security services, physically, written, verbally or via CCTV cameras, based on the reasons of following legal compliance.

- For example, processing it for the purpose of being used as evidence in the event of a legal dispute.
Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

5. STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be stored for as long as required by the purposes of their processing.
