PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

According to the Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL"), which aims to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, primarily the privacy of private life, in the processing of personal data, we aim to inform you about your personal data processed by Panasonic Electric Works Elektrik ve Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. ("Panasonic" or the "Company") as data controller.

PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

As part of your relationship with Panasonic, your following personal data is processed;

Your Identifying Information: Name and surname.
Your Contact Information: Address information, e-mail, phone number.
Your Professional Information: Information about the workplace you work for, your title.
Other Data: Sanction information which are applied by public institutions and organizations within the scope of know your customer software.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA, COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL REASON

The company collects, stores and processes your personal data by automatic and non-automatic means based on the reasons for compliance with the law listed in the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 and stated below, directly from you, from the company from which we receive service of procurement or that is our business partner, and from legal authorities, via internet, telephone, e-mail and via physical, written, verbal and electronic channels, by sharing business cards during fair visits, by creating a communication network by the parties, by transmitting through solution or business partner institutions or organizations, or directly by our company's field marketing team, within the scope of the following purposes in accordance with article 5 of the PDPL.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, within the scope of the provisions of the PDPL regarding the transfer of personal data within the country and abroad, for the purposes specified in article 2 of this Privacy notice herein; in case it becomes necessary in accordance with the relevant legislation, it may be shared with our domestic suppliers, business partners, judicial authorities or law enforcement officers.

STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data may be stored for as long as required by the purposes of their processing. Within the scope of the fulfillment of the legal obligation of the company in article 5/2(ç) of the PDP Law, our Company, our business partners and suppliers can maintain your personal data for 3 years, unless there is a reason to keep your personal data for a longer period. In cases where there is no other reason or legal reason, there is no legal storage period stipulated in any legislation, there is a lack of international law or regulation, and a disappearance of the obligations arising from the agreements, your personal data, the processing purposes of which are eliminated, are deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

You can apply to our Company for your rights that you are entitled within the provisions of article 11 of the PDPL and mentioned below, through the methods in the "Communication" section of this Privacy notice herein.

To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

In case of a correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To make an objection against the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
