COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT

Panasonic Electric Works Elektrik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), domiciled at Abdurrahmangazi Mahallesi Ebubekir Caddesi No: 44 34887 Sancaktepe Istanbul/Turkey, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (“Law”) and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages (“Regulation”), hereby processes my personal data limited to my identity, contact information, and the business title of the company I work for/representative of, for the purpose of various information, event invitation, promotion, advertisement, campaign, announcement, celebration, survey, draw, competition, catalog dispatch, and similar sales and marketing activities related to all products and services to be carried out by the Company within the scope of the Law and Regulation, and uses them for the purposes of conducting company/product/service loyalty processes, communication activities, customer satisfaction activities, organization and event management, conducting advertising/campaign/promotion processes, and conducting product/service marketing processes, and I hereby consent to the use of my personal data for sending commercial electronic messages to me via email, SMS, MMS, telephone, other electronic tools and mail for sending commercial electronic messages to me (data, voice and image content sent electronically for commercial purposes using electronic communication means such as telephone, call centers, fax machines, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, short message service) through electronic platforms.
